Personalized Support for Your PLC
We deliver customized training and resources for teachers and school leaders across the four phases of the VITAL Collaboration framework. By working closely with each school and district, we tailor our approach to make the biggest impact on instructional growth and student achievement.
What We Offer
VITAL Collaboration coaches provide a full year of professional learning, including 10 to 24 days of on-site support, through a combination of:
- onsite training, coaching, and technical assistance for teachers and school leaders, including:
- modeling, co-planning, and guided practice
- ongoing support and feedback for successful implementation
- access to the VITAL Collaboration Facilitator’s Guide, including the 12 Protocols, for every participant
- access to the VITAL Collaboration Survey to measure baseline and end-of-the-year collaborative practices and their impact on teaching and learning tools like the Facilitator Self-Assessment and PLC Scheduling Tool
